Max loves trying to feed himself and after trying to keep his hands away from the spoon,

I gave up.

confessions

-I currently live a boring life. Alex works full time and goes to school full time. He leaves the house at 7:30 am and doesn't return home until 10 pm {Mon-Fri} then on Saturdays he works from 8-2 pm.

-Because of the above, we haven't gone on a date just the two of us in ages. I can't remember the last time. Not because we don't have a babysitter, we just don't have time.

-The only time we eat dinner as a family is on Sundays. I can't wait for that to change.

-Alex is sick. He has had a sore throat all this week. Now...he has no voice. I just hope he doesn't get the baby sick. Or me. But most importantly the baby.

-We are hoping to go on a vacation in April to California. It can't come soon enough. I need to get out of Utah for a few days. I want warmer weather. I want sea world, the San Diego zoo and my family having fun on the beach.

-I'm not a fan of Alex side jobs, since it takes up rest of the Sat he has free. But it brings us extra money. Which we need. Why do my pills have to cost $170.00 a month??!! Luckily only 3 more month of the ridiculous pills.

-I made Alex last payment of tuition today. {Happy Dance}

-I love my skinny jeans. I've never own a pair until the last 3 months. They are the best thing alive. They fit perfect and with a cute pair of boots......I'm pretty much in skinny jean heaven.

-I heart my friends and family.

-The holidays can't come soon enough.

month of gratitude

Today i am grateful it is almost Friday!

for babies who feed themselves.


Especially when they secretly ask me to stop taking pictures of them while they are trying to eat

Max first snow storm

This is how we spent the day:

Got all bundled up

Went and visited Dad at work to get the Snow tires on the Mazda

Ran some errands and found these adorable shoes

Coming to Max feet Summer of 2010

And these killer boots

Watched the snow fall from Max bedroom window

Hung out with this beautiful boy

And ended the night with a cup of heaven......

Naps

Max takes 2-4 naps a day, on top of sleeping through the night. Without naps, Max would be one over tired little boy and would make this momma crazy.

I think the reason why we have had good success with naps is that we put him down around the same time, every day....

And although it may take 20 minutes and some tears. The end result is a very happy boy

and some raspberries.
