Toddler Bed

Do you remember this post from a couple of weeks ago, how I was afraid of the transition to the toddler bed because of how perfect Max slept before? Well, I'm happy to say that it went great!

Our routine is this:

We say our nightly prayers, Max gets tucked into his bed, we say, "Night, Night" and out the door I go. Which is then proceeded by Max trying to open the door, he ends up giving up and lays down on his bed and covers himself up.

It's pretty perfect really. No tears, no fights. Sometimes you see little fingers out the door and the word, "mom". But, it's still cute and I'm sure normal.

However, last night he did fall asleep in front of the door. I have always heard of children falling asleep in the most random places and since Max has never been a kid to sleep anywhere but his bed, it made me giddy that Max fell asleep on the floor. :)

Now next month hopefully we will work on the potty training.
